Half $6.25/lb hanging weight (avg. 35 lb hanging weight); $50 deposit.

Typically available in Winter.  Take home meat is approximately 80% of hanging weight, depending on the animal and whether the customer takes home soup bones and organ meats.

We are happy to provide our customers

with the option of buying our meats in

bulk.  Simply place your order by clicking the button below, filling out the form that pops up (scroll down to find the Bulk Meats section), then mailing us a check for the proper deposit as listed below.


We will contact you when the animal is ready for processing.  At that time we instruct you to call the processor with your cutting instructions.  Prices below do not include processing fees which will be paid by the customer directly to the processor at the time of pickup. Bulk meats must be picked up at the processor's establishment.





Heritage-Breed Pork

Whole $4/lb hanging weight (avg. 190 lb hanging weight); $200 deposit.

Half $4.25/lb hanging weight (avg. 95 lb hanging weight); $100 deposit.

Typically available in Spring and Fall. Take home meat is approximately 75% of hanging weight, depending on the animal and whether the customer takes home soup bones and organ meats.


Grass-Fed Beef

Whole $5.75/lb hanging weight (avg. 550 lb hanging weight); $400 deposit.

Half $6/lb hanging weight (avg. 275 lb hanging weight); $200 deposit.

Split Quarter $6.25/lb hanging weight (avg. 138 lb hanging weight); $100 deposit.

Typically available in Summer.  Take home meat is approximately 83% of hanging weight, depending on the animal and whether the customer takes home soup bones and organ meats.
